Mitchell and Koral are a family-run team, building both a business and a life together in the Crowsnest Pass. As partners with three children, they understand the importance of creating homes that truly work for the way families live.

 

Since starting K&M Custom Homes in 2019, they have completed 9 custom homes and over 10 renovation projects, bringing hands-on experience and a personal approach to every build.

Mitchell Withrow – President / Owner

Originally from Nova Scotia, Mitchell has called Alberta home since 2012 and brings over 18 years of construction experience. With a strong background in framing and project management, he leads the work on-site and is your main point of contact throughout the build.

Mitchell works closely with clients, keeping communication clear and the project moving forward. He takes pride in doing things properly and finding the best way to bring each project together. When he’s not on-site, you’ll find him with a coffee in hand, working on equipment, or spending time with their three kids and keeping their acreage running.

Koral Lazzarotto – Owner / Office Administrator

Born and raised in the Crowsnest Pass, Koral brings over 12 years of construction experience and 18+ years in bookkeeping and office administration. She works behind the scenes to keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly with a strong eye for detail.

​

Koral supports the day-to-day operations and behind the scenes, helping coordinate projects and ensure everything stays aligned from start to finish. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her three kids, hiking, traveling, and life on their acreage with dogs, chickens, pigs and a garden that’s always a work in progress. Fun fact: she’s a twin.
